Baby’s got a brand new bag. . .

So, what had happened was. . .

In a week so much can change, in my case, I’m sitting at a new desk, in a new office, waiting on new business cards.

After a wonderful offer and way too much time spent on pro and con lists over wine with family and friends, I have made the leap.

So, what’s the scoop now?  I am still very much in residential real estate and what ever commercial matters you may have, I have nice folks to pass it off to so I don’t get messy.  Focus is still on residential new construction, pre-sale, custom home builds as well of course as always residential resale assistance on both the buyer and seller side.

I MAY have promised a name change a year to two or both on a post or four about resolutions and what not-but throw a career and office move in triple digit heat in the upswing of the busy season while I’m fostering a wild man of a dog. . .and now navigating an Apple (stop laughing, no, really, stop laughing)-pardon my now extinct skills of right clicking and copy and pasting.  Hold your horses, I swear it’s on the to-do list, in bold italics with highlighter.  Hunting down a friend’s twelve year old to give me some tutorials on the mac in the meantime and while I’m treading water with work.

18 homes, a dozen stair cases and four inch heels

Equals a fun day at the Carolina Plantations Open House.  I think after nearly twenty homes, close to one hundred degree temps and over two hours outside, I get a free pass on the marathon training for the day (side bar note:  should any of your have the name of a reputable rickshaw dealer and/or taxi in the Portland, Oregon area, let me know; that’s the back up plan for the run).  I dare say I made it to a darker shade of off-white today!
