Noticing a theme here?

Standard

I’m launching into the busy season and enjoying the few minutes here and there I post or tweet elsewhere and get a brain break. . .but photos really do say so much more. . .

Yesterday, hit the trails since I’m feeling 100% but not everything else is cooperating just yet.  So, ice massage and three and a half on the trails (a friend said that’s the equivalent of 5 highway, but that sounds like “man math” to me) yesterday at dusk.  Wild animal kingdom of Jacksonville performed beautifully-one deer, one bunny, countless birds and a snake. . .with the tunes cranked I managed to not hear myself scream but I’m sure nearby soccer moms had a giggle.

This trail is behind Parkwood Elem in Northwoods adjacent to the soccer/lax fields.  It wraps around the entire complex–my only complaint, part of the loop you have to cut through the playing fields, so I double back a few times and stay in the trees.  Have a rave run to suggest?  I’m thinking the beach this week!  🙂
