to help me manage contacts and my life. . .but generally I only multi tast after on that level after I dump a brand new freshly updated iphone into a (clean) toliet. . .lesson learned, again, phones don’t swim well. It’s taking some time to reload everything into an old back up phone and living without my ipod has been frustrating, living without music is unthinkable. . .and that means I have to actually communicate with folks at the gym rather than tune them out. . .ear buds are the ultimate do not distrub sign. So, out of sorts but getting things worked out and thank you for your patience, I know it’s taken a day or two to get some calls returned as various messages went to different voice mail boxes. Weeks like this make me think of the dark ages in real estate, when property info sheets were on 3×5 cards and you had to run all over town to pick up and drop off keys to get into homes to preview and show them. . .and email! I don’t think you realize how “on the grid” you are until you’re off. . . I easily check email a dozen times a day, facebook to keep up with family, friends, classmates and folks I have met through a dozen moves in my life and past and present clients. . .off the grid I found myself at Bed Bath and Beyond wandering aisles, wondering what pals were up to and how many emails awaited me after-hours at the office and just how badly did I need a sham wow?
Hope all of you are well, and, enjoying dry and fully functional cells/PDAs. . .it’s baby season, I’m seeing many of you at baby showers this season, and seeing how cute your nurseries are in the homes I sold you. . .and a wedding or four (?!). . .summer this year has been such a full and wonderful season. My best to you and yours!
