Price reductions that will make you SMILE!

Hi hi!  First, a huge thank you to the folks that stopped by my open house on Northwoods Drive on Sunday.  It was a beautiful day, the coffee was great, if not late. . .I guess even the crew at Dunkin Donuts can have a slow morning too and I had a chance to meet some great folks including a few of my old neighbors.

I wanted to remind you of my Open House on this Sunday the 9th at Magnolia Grove, take Highway 17 South past the Air Station and Harley Davidson dealership and turn right just after Pete McMillian Furniture (huge tan warehouse on the right) onto Dawson Cabin Road, a few miles down the road turn Right on Ernest King Road, Magnolia Grove is about a quarter of a mile down the road on the LEFT. . .the homes still available are on Cherrybark, those on Ernest King are sold and full of happy folks.

Phase one is still under construction but several of the homes are very close to completion.  I hope you can stop by on Sunday and take a look for yourself. . .wander through some pretty homes and if they aren’t a great match for you, I can help you find one that is.  New house smell is awesome!

  1. I think Open Houses are a great way to meet people and show properties and update them on the current market in the area. Realtors are able to answer question about the property and update a homewoner on comments from potential buyers of things that may need to be fixed before it is showen again. I see so many open house signs going up the last few weeks people are out on the weekends looking and trying to see what prices homes are going for.

  2. I completely agree with you, it helps expose the home, though statistically speaking, often doesn’t actually sell the home, it does help folks learn more about their own neighborhood (we all know and love nosy neighbors). . .I regularly work 7 days a week so I see a free Sunday afternoon as a perfect opportunity to market my seller’s home and try to introduce myself to new prospective clients.
